I left the computer on last night with the extended test running, and this morning it was frozen. Is there some way to get a stack trace or something when the computer locks like that? In a best case scenario, it might advice you to install updated hardware drivers. It still appears to happen at random usually once in a day but sometimes a couple times in a day or sometimes not for a week. It’s must be allowed to run up to 8 or 9 passes, to find out if it’s RAM that is causing the problem.  Even a single error means there is something K.

For me, the issue seems to be in pre-win7 motherboards losing the ability to work with the usb drivers. Since it was hardware, and apparently random, I never did find any way to reliably cause the problem, but that should be your goal.
