It may sound silly but after two hours it was my problem. I had to reduce some compontents out of the normal Win 7 installation package by using vLite. For me Windows 7 "ain't broke" (and it's very stable), so I have no reason to try to "fix" it. However, I found out that my router does not support ipv6.
