Mine went bad (Seagate) and they sent me a Hitachi and it worked great with the disks. Do you see a file with an extension of .FBW? I removed my recovery partition and just extended my primary. under restore files i have select anouther backup to restore files fromwhen I click this it comes up with the screen you showed me earlier 3 choices back up period/ computer
