If this is a desktop open the case, if it's full of dust etc give it a clean. Overheating / The CPU is overheating . However, when I go to reboot, Windows installs some "Generic" bluetooth drivers, which get big green checkmarks and adds the generic bluetooth radio in the device manager. I use Comodo PM to uninstall programs, reboot, use CCleaner, reboot and then go on my merry way.
