I did an in place upgrade and all of my old apps continued to work. I get a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION every time I install. It's gone, and it's not coming back. Would you like to answer one of these unanswered questions instead? In Windows 8, Microsoft removed it, citing low usage (only 6% of Windows 7 users even launch it once, and of that 6%, only a quarter do more than just look WinTV7 Extend has issues.
