I plan on keeping the mobo for awhile cause AMD seems to use the same socket for awhile... Difference in games before and after overclocking is quite low just because these cards have already high base frequency. CPU? Is it even safe to OC a GPU without any sort of external cooling for it?

Boost the fan speed while you're in there. Other guides tell me that setting your voltage too high will mess up your card.
