This is getting annoying - I did find a program that will delete duplicates on Outlook, and I can restore my PIM data on the Tilt. Workaround "If you need the functionality of WMDC and you have already installed 64-bit Outlook 2010 or Click-to-Run, uninstall Office 2010 and install the standard installation of 32-bit Office 2010.

I'm assuming this is the root of the problem, which is not pleasant because the user relies on both programs. So now we can uninstall wmdc? I then reinstalled both Outlook and >GroupWise, checking WMDC after each reinstall. I've uninstalled GroupWise and Outlook, then reinstalled only Outlook so that no Novell products remain and I still can't WMDC to recognize Outlook being installed. It will be necessary to do some tests again with BirdieSync 2.0 and Windows 7 regarding this problem.

I had WMDC working well with my TYTN (HTC Hermes) but, having moved to an HTC Touch Pro 2, I found that the connecting and syncing was very unreliable.
